Acceptance
By creating an account or using ClipSync, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
ClipSync synchronizes clipboard content across your devices. Features and plan limits (devices, history, storage, file sizes) depend on your subscription tier and may change.
Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to breach security, sync unlawful content, or disrupt other users.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Trials, if offered, convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipSync is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data.
Changes & termination
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
